Required documents

  • A complete Curriculum Vitae et Studiorum, covering education program, cultural and professional experiences and all other information that might help in the evaluation
  • A scanned or electronic copy of the academic transcript with the full list of courses and grades (in English, in French or Italian). This list should contain information regarding credits, units (or equivalent) received, the grades received for each class taken, and the date when the final examination (if applicable) was taken;
  • A scanned or electronic copy of the IELTS, TOEFL, or CAE certificate, or equivalent certification of good knowledge of the English language. In alternative, it is possible to provide a self-declaration of good knowledge of the English language. The level of knowledge of the English language will be evaluated in the selection process by assigning the candidate a specific score. The score will be proportional to the level of knowledge of the English language as reported in the English Language Certification (IELTS, TOEFL or CAE); a simple self-declaration will be evaluated with a low score.
  • A scanned or electronic copy of the applicant's passport or identity card (Only the pages with picture and personal data)
  • IF APPLICLABLE: A scanned or electronic copy of all academic degree certificates (i.e. Bachelor or equivalent, Master or equivalent) or other postgraduate degrees/academic qualifications. Note: if the degree is not in English, French, or Italian, an English translation is needed, made by an officially recognised translator, or by your University. Please note that students who have not yet completed their first degree, but who predict to graduate before October 31 2012, can apply to the master. If selected, their admission will be conditional on the receipt of the degree certificate by the master's secretariat no later than October 31, 2012.
  • NOT MANDATORY: a copy of any other document or information deemed suitable. Please note that works written in languages other than Italian, English, or French must be accompanied by a summary in one of the above languages. GRE test is highly recommended, but not mandatory. Please note that the Evaluation Committee will take in consideration only GRE certificates sent to the Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna Score Recipient (DI code 7392).

Note

Unreadable documents will not be considered. On-line applications not submitted by March 18, 2012 (non-EU session) / June 10, 2012 (EU Session) will not be considered as well. The personal data inserted in the website will be treated and utilised exclusively for the purpose of the selection process.
