University of Trento and Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna offer two international joint programmes in Information and Communication Technologies and Information Science and Technology, which represent a high quality path to higher education in Computer Science and Telecommunications Engineering. Within the programmes, courses are given by top-level international professors. Students completing the programme will obtain the M.Sc. degree from the University of Trento and the Master diploma from the Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna.

The purposes of the programmes are: 1) to prepare motivated and skilled students to work in the field of research and innovation, enabling them to obtain top positions in R&D divisions in companies or research centers, 2) to fruitfully continue education within a Ph.D. program (both schools have a high-level international doctorate school), and 3) to produce scientific innovation at an international dimension.

Participation to the programmes requires the students to maintain an outstanding study curriculum. As a payoff for their efforts, students will be offered an unforgettable college experience, side by side with the best students of the two institutions, scholarships and tuition waivers. More importantly, they will get involved in the far-reaching research activities of the prestigious laboratories of the two Universities.

The duration of the of the programme is two years (each one spent in one of the two institutions) and the thesis will be developed under the joint supervision of one advisor from each institution.
